Ms. Neelam attended us with utmost hospitality and even gave us a room upgrade as a generous gesture for my b'day. The way she helped us with everything was commendable and we thank her for her kindness all the way. Seldom you feel home in a hotel, but this place does feel like you are living in a beautiful mansion which is your home. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The food was scrumptious. The rooms are neat, clean and huge. Breakfast buffet was a delight. Most surprising gesture was when Mr. Dalal himself came up and warmly greeted each and every guest just like we do for our guests at home. The hotel has been a favored place to stay for many celebrated personalities and you can feel the rich history of the place and the city here. Centrally located, it was easy to commute within the city. Easy to access from Atal Bridge, Flower Park and the Paldi Chowk plus all the other major tourist attractions.

I would only suggest for a better lit signage as it's quite tricky to find the hotel at once. Everything else was perfect. We look forward to our stay again at WelcomHeriage Mani Mansion. Thanks a lot.

Comfortable stay  - The room was very spacious and cleanliness was at par with the best.

Also despite getting the room, we didn't get a chance to visit the dining area as it was full. It would be better if some tables are reserved for residents.

Lastly, there needs to be a guided tour of the hotel because it's a 'heritage hotel'. Since we only got to get a complete view of the hotel on YouTube and not in person, a feeling of incompleteness was there.

However, given the comfort of the place, we would probably stay there again.

The hotel looks more of a resort and very nicely managed with good cleanliness and hygiene standards. The menu at the Alfresco dining is quite an exhaustive one and delectable selections of Indian, International and Jain cuisines are there catering the needs of all preferences.
Breakfast buffet can be improved otherwise the staffs and managers have been very friendly. The Security gentleman has been very interactive and helpful.
I will certainly recommend this boutique hotel.
Nitesh Kumar the GM has been doing a great job with his team.

Stayed with elderly mum and a toddler who were all relaxed which is not normal with a child trying to settle. Moreover attentive to elderly needs with walking disability too. If I may also add that Nilam from the reception was always helpful and courteous truly an a great epitome of customer service with care and attention to detail.
